Batch

The BATCH mode allows the operator to request a specific number of boxes with customizable formats, without needing to connect to the WMS.

Additionally, its independence from the WMS connection simplifies the operating system, reducing the risk of interruptions, and the optimization of the cutting surface ensures efficient use of material, contributing to sustainable resource management.

Partial bod

The PARTIAL BOD mode allows the operator to place items in a container, which is then scanned to determine its dimensions. The algorithm automatically calculates the box sizes and sets them on the cutting sheet based on the acquired data.
One of the strengths of this mode is its excellent balance between complexity and efficiency. Scanning the dimensions significantly simplifies integration with the system, allowing for agile management of operations. Additionally, it does not rely on a connection to the WMS, which reduces system complexity and offers greater operational flexibility.

Full Bod

In the FULL BOD mode, the P1 machine connects to the logistics operator's WMS and uses advanced algorithms to optimize the placement of items. This process accurately determines the dimensions of the boxes to be produced based on specific requirements.
One of the main advantages of this mode is the automation and advanced optimization it offers. The connection to the WMS not only simplifies the process but also contributes to a significant reduction in material and volume, promoting a more sustainable use of resources. Erector
Module

Thanks to the ERECTOR MODULE, the P1 system from Voidless automatically transforms a flat American box (FEFCO 0201) into its upright form by automatically taping the base, thereby speeding up the packaging preparation process.
